The first step is to call or request the appointment.
You will be given a login from which you can access a patient dashboard on any internet-enabled device (computer, smartphone, or tablet). Once you’re in the right location, you’ll want to fill out a patient questionnaire and provide any other requested information. It is important to make sure your webcam or other video imaging abilities are working properly.
Log in approximately 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to enter the virtual waiting room. Once your physician arrives, you will begin your (virtual) face-to-face meeting with the doctor.
